Lowri is an accomplished broadcaster, ultra-athlete and motivational speaker. She has presented TV shows as she has competed in some of the toughest endurance races in the World, lived with indigenous tribes and become one of just 100 people to dive to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean to visit the wreck of Titanic. As a result she has won numerous awards including: Best Presenter and Producer (BAFTA Cymru), the Spirit of the Festival Award (Celtic Media Festival), and winner of the Media Category (National Adventure Awards).

Lowri is familiar to audiences of BBC Sport (TV and Radio), ITV, Channel 4 and S4C where she has worked on numerous sports broadcasts including Pro 12, International and Premiership Rugby coverage, International Athletics, and marathon and ironman races. She also presented two series of ‘Helimeds’ for ITV.
Lowri began her TV career on S4C on the channel’s weekly youth magazine show, presenting more than 1200 hours of live TV.
Lowri pushed her own boundaries in preparation for the 6633 ultra marathon – one of the toughest challenges on the planet. In the freezing Arctic, competitors are pushed to their physical and mental limits as they strive to complete the 350-mile endurance in only eight days. After 174 hours and 8 minutes and having spent the last 3 days of the race competing against the elements and freezing conditions alone, Lowri was the sole finisher of the 2011 6633 Ultra Marathon. It was for the resulting documentary that she won Best Presenter and Producer (BAFTA Cymru).

Lowri Morgan is a sought-after and acclaimed motivational speaker. The BAFTA-winning broadcaster, intrepid adventurer and world-class extreme endurance athlete is someone who is keenly aware of the attitude and application that is needed to achieve success. Lowri speaks with honesty, humility and passion about motivation, goal setting, teamwork, success, failure, risk-taking, overcoming adversity, dealing with change, and achieving what we set out to achieve, no matter how steep the odds might be. After running 30 miles a week until the day before her son was born, Lowri resumed training and preparation for a return to racing very soon after giving birth.
